O mighty Hanuman! How is it that you keep mum?

A son of the wind god, you are strong as your father and are a storehouse of intelligence, discretion and spiritual wisdom.

No work in this world is too difficult for you to accomplish dear child.

It is for the service of Shree Rama that you have come down upon earth.

You appeared before Sita in a diminutive form and spoke to her, while you assumed an awesome form and struck terror by setting Lanka on fire.

Let alone the denizens of earth like poets and scholars, even gods like Yamraj, Kuber, and Digpal unable to sing adequately in praise of your greatness.

You rendered a great service for Sugriva, It was you who united him with Rama and installed him on the royal throne.

Lankeshwar Bhaye Sab Jag Jaana

By heeding your advice Vibhishan became Lord of Lanka, which is known all over the universe.

You gulped the sun from a distance of sixteen thousand miles considering it to be a fruit.

Carrying the Lord’s ring in your mouth, you went across the ocean.

All difficult tasks in the world are rendered easiest by your grace.

You are the sentry at the door of Rama’s divine Abode. No one can enter it without your permission.

By your grace one can enjoy happiness and need not have any fear under your protection.

When you roar all the three worlds tremble and only you can control your might.

Oh brave one! Your name keeps all the ghosts, and evils spirits away from your devotees.

You are the saviour and the guardian angel of saints and sages and destroy all the demons, you are the seraphic darling of Rama.

You have been blessed with mother Janaki to grant to any one any yogic power of eight sidhis and nine nidhis as per choice.
